Beer's Law

You guys will never guess what I discovered today while reading about the solar radiation budget of sea ice... Beer's Law. The law states that the amount of short wave radiation transmitted through a material decreases exponentially with distance from the material surface on which the radiation is incident. Thanks Beer.
